Works with Business and Creator accounts; switching an account to Creator is free in Instagram's settings. Moshpit reads your posts once and saves them to your library.
Any account can also bring its posts from an export: in Instagram, open Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Download your information, and ask for your media. Unzip it and choose the folder.
